May 2026 Craft Show Application

Please read carefully before signing. By signing this contract, you agree to the terms listed below.

Event Details

Date: Saturday, May 9th, 2026 at Full Circle Farms and Flowers, 8735 N. Greenville Rd., Lakeview, MI 48850 (Rain or shine—please plan accordingly).
Cost: $25 (nonrefundable).
Event Hours:
- Setup: 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM.
- Show begins: 9:00 AM.
- Show ends: 3:00 PM.
Important: Anyone packing up early will not be invited to future events.

Outdoor spaces are 10x10.
Vendors are responsible for providing tables, canopies, and displays.
Vendors must stay with their products and handle their own payments.
Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be changed.
Spaces will not be reserved or held without full payment.
No pets are permitted on-site, except service animals.
No tobacco, vaping, marijuana, alcohol, or related products are allowed on premises (violators will be asked to leave).
Full Circle Farms and Flowers is not responsible for lost or damaged goods or physical injury on the premises.
Please respect the farm operation: do not enter barns, climb on equipment, open cages, or attempt to feed or pet any animals.

Photographs are required to verify that items are handmade.
If selling Cottage Law Foods, vendors must comply with all MDARD requirements.
Confirmations will be emailed by Monday, April 13th, 2026.
If your application is denied, your payment will be returned in full.
We reserve the right to accept or deny any application.
Payment may be submitted by check or money order along with your registration form and photographs (photos may be emailed).
