Pricing:

  • The listed price is your deposit only.
  • Final cost: $5.00/lb based on hanging weight (approx. 100 lbs for half pork).
  • Processing fees average $1.25/lb, paid directly to the butcher and are an additional cost.
  • After all fees are paid, a half pork with standard cuts typically costs about $575 (approx. $7.15/lb packaged after bone loss).

Processing Details:

  • Pork is processed in fall (October–November), depending on the animal’s readiness.
  • Processing occurs at Byron Center Meats (8375 Freeland Ave SW, Byron Center, MI 49315 | P: 616-878-1578).
  • You are responsible for picking up your order and paying the butcher at the time of pickup.

Using only Non-GMO grains to supplement our free ranging pastured pork, you are receiving a chemical-free, medication-free, wholesome addition to your families meal planning needs.  Our farm as always, is based on using regenerative and sustainable farming practices.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and applied to the final balance.
